Being trans is pure body horror. It’s amazing to me that people do this to themselves. The squishing of the forehead - that is horrifying. Even the results that look okay externally - you have compromised your skeletal structure and filled it with staples and braces and no doubt will have issues when the bones become brittle in aging.
it has nothing to do with being a doomer, getting major cosmetic surgery on your skull seems like a risky thing to do, dont they do some fucked up shit like peel off your face,god, i hate needles, the thought of drilling your skull so you might look like a woman seems risky as fuck

Just got my surgery date confirmed for next year with keojampa. i am a 6'1 semi-passer? idk im always gendered woman and i dont really get stared at or treated weird much anymore, but i still feel like people can always tell once they get a closer look at me (i dont even think its my voice, ive worked pretty hard on voice training and i have cis friends with much clockier voices than mine lol). really hoping keojampa + an eventual rib remodel + anorexiamaxing can make me look like a tall cis girl one day.

aw man one of my screws came loose again and my anterior table of frontal sinus fell out and slid down in front of my eyes AGAIN fuck, hate when this happens I can barely see. wearing my helmet until I can get in and have them set the bone chunk back into the hole over my sinuses ugh there's no enough suction now so it's hard to breathe, I can see the skin of my forehead get sucked in when I try to breathe through my nose lol. fourth time this has happened sheesh
surgery is a fucking racket, i cant believe americans shell out 80k+ for surgery. it should not be more than 30k and even that is pushing it.
