He does touch on it in that section where he says increasingly harsh economic conditions may have driven some people to this lifestyle and how they would've been regular people with a house, a wife, and a job 30 years ago but it's not enough imo. Basically, he gets too deep into this sick gooner culture and gets lost in the sauce.
