Assuming every reader approaches a text with a horizon of expectations* is every book necessarily written by Pierre Menard?

*a pre-conditioned attitude towards the text/reading the text furnished by ones socio-economic and spatio-temporal conditions (i.e. what kind of people your parents were, what sort of education you've had, what other texts you've read etc.)
