Having extra Xs doesn't mean the satellite cannon can be fired more often, the various suits all need to share the same charge built on the moon, part of why the Double X's cannon is more powerful is that it doesn't need to worry about there being a bunch of other suits using the system for it to share cannon charge with so it can demand and accommodate more charge from the moon, while the Single Xs were all built with a lower spec cannon so other suits in the network can call for charge faster after one fires.
