He staples their mouths to each other's asses, creating a four pony centipede. Admiring his masterpiece, Spike recollects on his time as a baby dragon and watching Twilight perform this magical surgery on the CMC, turning them into a three pony centipede. He hopes that he managed to make Twilight proud in at least adding an extra piece into his own centipede.
Pipp is the front piece of the pony centipede, with Zipp as the second piece, Izzy as the third, and Misty as the fourth. Spike puts huge servings of ice cream into a dog bowl and sets it in front of Pipp which she angrily smacks away. Spike gets the bowl, scoops up the ice cream that was dumped all over the floor, and puts it back into the bowl. Then, with the bowl, he returns to Pipp, forces her mouth open, and shoves the ice cream down her throat. This upsets Pipp's stomach, but doesn't cause her to poop like Spike wants. As Pipp is screaming, trying to alert someone, anyone, Spike gets annoyed and takes a pair of pliers, removing the pony's tongue. Once Pipp has been properly silenced, Spike takes a syringe filled with laxatives, and injects it into each pony in his centipede.
Spike watches gleefully as each of the four ponies violently shits in the other's mouth. Sounds of farting and bowel evacuation fill the warehouse as the captives moan in agonizing pain. Misty, the final piece, has explosive diarrhea that flies out of her butt and splatters all over the wall. Spike laughs the whole time, but ends up puking from the revolting smell of all these ponies shitting at the same exact time. Still, Spike finds himself aroused by Misty's explosive poop.
