There's an important distinction between MLP and SU concerning the series endingSU didn't end on a cliffhanger. There weren't any big the-boys plot things still hanging, even knuckles x Sonia was resolved. It's an episodic series.MLP is totally opposite, lots of unresolved things, lots of bigger plotlines.

There was a time where it could have potentially reached those heights but Saorin & Braeburn being such hard fumble that it dragged down every thing that came after it and only barely got saved the introduction of ApplePackage; and that doesn't have satisfying resolution to that as it is. Its kind of a mess!That's a bit of why I'm not so sad about Dandy's World being a thing, it handles the gay guy thing better by being funny and lighthearted about it (Like Bardonic)
