I actually liked the new album. Hated the singles but there's something distictly genuine about it. Also, Sherri's singing on the song about getting herself off was nice.

I just wish there was more music like this band at their prime, and if anyone has any recommendations beyond the first Two Tongues record and Weatherbox, I'm desperate for it. But to the THREAD, yeah their lyrics have always been cringe, and you have to be cringepilled to listen to a lot of their discography. That what headphones are for. I think ... Is Commited is their best work for a long time. Sure "Daze" was pretty good. Sure, Night Song was alright. But Is Commited has passion, and it's unique.
