Those 2 songs and a few others (like uh "Attitude") carry the album. They're REALLY good.

I like certain Soulfly albums, but not all. Some are downright almost unlistenable. “Totem” is probably my most recent favorite. “Prophecy” is an all time banger, so you can’t go wrong with that one.
