E. 1999 Eternal [Ruthless, 1995]
If the popular songs you love are gunslinging tales recited over a faux Bernie Worrell tootle, of course this wordy quintet will sound like some kind of change. Unison chants, schoolyard tunes, and goopy slow jams may not be how to rock anybody else's world, but gangstawise they add up to a new flava, kinda. Anyone musical enough to hum good, however, will find the concoction unfathomably dull even if they don't notice the cold hand of Eazy-E deadening beats from beyond the grave. C

Without them there's no Migos or basically trap in general

One of the best things Easy-E did before he moved on from this earth. Also the Crossroads video always haunted me.

I hated them at the time, but in retrospect they were decent.

I'm a white dude born in 1988. There are very few rap groups or rappers in general who I ever considered good. I never thought Eminem was goated. Bone are so legit it's undeniable. No Surrender is some of the hardest shit I've ever heard and there's nothing that comes close.
