What's the difference between these types of winter tyres?Is there a map or something that will tell me which one to choose based on where I live? It's my first winter driving, I don't want to die br/o/s.

Are all terrains ok for winter or do I NEED actual winter tires - esp for rough mountain roads where winter tires tend to be road biased. I'm not sure what they even expect you to do.
>>28714244The PA4 (left side) is high performance winter tire.Its comparable to the Vredestein Wintrac Pro.If you have a BMW M340i or similar its the best option.The right side is a traditional snow tire. Slight edge in deep snow but its handling sucks on cold pavement.Basically right side is fine unless you have a performance car.
