They study the the gm alpha platform and try to figure out how they can make something that handles just as good. Despite the brightest minds at bmw tearing a Camaro apart and studying every inch of it, internal staff have admitted Germany does not have the engineering talent to make a better chassis than the alpha and that America had some kind of alien space age engineering that is slowly bankrupting the German auto industry trying to keep up with.
