How hard is soldering a new end on a throttle cable? I don’t want to order custom cables because I need elbows on them and it doesn’t sound like they will do that, and the stock throttle cables won’t work because the threads don’t match the aftermarket throttle housing. All I need to do is cut the end, install the elbows I have off of another pair, and re-solder the brass nipple on. I don't have any experience soldering but it sounds straight forward.tldr: any advice on making or correctly repairing throttle cable ends?
