I just changed out my 2017 Honda Accord EX-L spark plugs and the engine starts up and everything, but now I am getting a check engine light, traction control light, and power steering light come on. What did I do wrong?

Sounds like some phantom codes to me, unless you accidentally unplugged something while working. Try resetting the ECU by pulling the fuse for a few seconds, then run the engine for a few minutes and drive around a bit and see if the codes still appear. If they stick around then scan them.

Lol he fell for the spark plugs are routine maintenance meme. If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it.

Only things I unplugged were the little electrical connectors that go to the spark plugs, otherwise I can't physically get them out, but they snapped right back in once I tightened and installed the new ones. The engine sounds fine and everything seems to be working.
