When water mixes with cement, it creates calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide, driving the pH of wet concrete up to 12.9 or higher. The cement used for those handprint things is a special, safer blend.You know, sodium hydroxide, drain cleaner.Those hydroxides will eat right through shit. Idk if it's enough to mess with rubber, plastics, and metals, but you don't want to be in there.

>>28957648Had concrete slabs for 10 km heading out of town where I used to haul heavy shit. After about 3 months all trucks had to bypass the main highways because going over 30km/hr would launch the front end in the air and destroy what ever you were hauling.
