LFP is probably a very good idea.
Cheaper, longer life, can be charged to 100% every time. Yes, heavier as well, but who cares.

I think cheap city car EVs have potential. People are broke so if you cranked out a cheap little hatchback EV there would be a market for it particularly since the Fit, Versa, and Fiesta aren't being sold any more. By the same token I think there would be corporate demand for some cheap small delivery trucks and vans, like kei trucks.

If they try to compete with Tesla they're fucked. That demand has already been filled.

Stellantis has the Fiat 500 and Citroën ë-C3 which seem fairly popular. Additionally they took over Leapmotor and brought the T03 to Europe as an extra cheap option.
They're also bringing an electric 2CV.
