Tell me where to go if I’m wrong here but I want to go into a WW2 Bunker in south-west Germany, I would greatly appreciate a fellow German Anon telling me some spots

You'll probably have better chances along the french atlantic coast. Here in Germany, most bunkers were converted to other uses (wine cellars, mushroom plantations, extra basements), filled in or modernised for the cold war.
This is the only bunker I'm aware of that's open to the public:

Haven't been there myself though, since it's a museum. I'm more into the "I know a guy, who knows a guy, who's grandfather stole a key back in 1945" type of bunker.

Thanks! Is there maybe a way to get to know a guy who knows a guy who’s grandfather stole the key in 1945?

I don't know in germany, but in Romania, i know two at the border with Ukraine. Was used at the retreet from russia, or at least that is what i know, those can be from ww1 too. From it, you could see nato mobile camp installed with some strange towers and antenas on top, maybe for intercepting russians.
