I hear there's a competition for paper plane making with a prize of £1000. The only trouble is that it's duration in the air and not distance! Has anyone got any ideas for how I can make some sort of slow moving plane?
I'm thinking something that goes around in a circle? Or Nakamura Lock?

Wider wings?

Focus on the hover than the aerodynamics. You want to maximise horizontal surface area; with minimal (but some) directional movement

Great, more planes.

In the past, winners were usually a small central body with a true airfoil delta wing if I remember correctly. They generally went in a slow spiral.
