So everyone who is raising a child is a parasite, unless they're working to earn money and spending it on childcare, then they're productive. Rich people have the luxury of being able to do that good, useful, worthwhile stuff for each other all the time, while poor people have no choice but to do it. Middle class people are expected to always choose to spend money on the same things, kicking that up to subsidize the rich people, with some small amount also kicked down to maintain the population of the poor.
