My friend whats me to show them some wrestling matches because they've never watched it.All I keep thinking of is smark brained shit like Omega vs. Naito G1 Semi-Finals, but what are matches you think are good without much context or buildup required. Something where the match and the spectacle speaks for itself.
i've thought about this a lot honestly and i came to this conclusion that these 2 matches are the perfect entry points.>cody vs seth - hiac>sami zayn vs johnny knoxvillemy criteria is basically, it has to be modern because if you're trying to get someone new into wrestling thats what they are most likely to watch. it also has to be instantly understandable even by the most unaware watcher.cody/seth has the pec tear reveal and work which immediately kills the "you know its fake right" attitude right away. it has a striking visual and a crowd that is so hypnotized into the match.sami/knoxville is the perfect retard comedy match to show them the more goofy side of wrestling. the crowd is red hot and pretty much everyone knows the jackass crew and the match is insanely funny while also having ridiculous bumps. also the announcers are going apeshit the entire time.i would only recommend older stuff after they've watched some new stuff first because its simply too different
