Yuke's saw this and realized they could fleece Tony, so they spent years doing the laziest, most shoddy job possible while constantly telling the Tonemeister they needed additional millions of dollars of his dad's money, which of course he kept ponying up due to his aforementioned retardation. Eventually he asked them to please for the love of god just release it already, so they did, and it was terrible because absolutely no effort had been put into making it good.
