Not that strong really but people assume because I'm quite fat that I'm really weak but I usually carry like 9kg of shopping in each hand for a mile walking home with my weekly shop.So I usually catch people offguard lifting things they assume I wouldnt be able to lift despite like, when I used to go to the gym, I'd often have to make space for my bro to lift by moving the 20kg dumbells back into the rack because the gym bros just leave them lying around everywhere.

Once a drunk older woman even asked if she could touch my abs while all her drunk ass cougar friends were giggling. She was ugly but it felt amazing. I don't go to the gym but I fire up ringfit for some quick cardio workout a few times a week with some added dumbell reps and situps, and walk everywhere a lot. My blood pressure last time I checked was in the normal range and I've had no health issues. I do eat as healthy as I can but Im not super strict on it. I lost a lot of weight since I started and though the rate of weight loss has slowed down a lot I'd rather lose it at a healthy pace and keep it off.Im not obsessed with being skinny or anything but to get down to a 40 waist would be a nice realistic end goal, because despite being 6'2 I'm very apple shaped so it makes me look huge.
