It's funny because I was a "troubled kid", I would always be the leader of my own little gang of other boys in school. I remember during classes I would meticulously craft these mechnical pencil guns and improve on the design them, I would upgrade the loaded springs inside them, then add tacks to the end of the "bullets" to make them hurt, etc. I would also write my comic books, make ninja stars, etc. I'd sell all this stuff to other kids for money. Eventually I started selling weed and getting alcohol for other kids in high school. This is what I did during classes, when everybody else was studying, taking down notes, and paying attention I was doing whatever the fuck I wanted. My teachers essentially implied I would never be shit and I had multiple "talks", but funny enough those skills directly translated to adulthood and I ended up starting my own businesses. I make more money than any of those faggot teachers ever did.

If kids were forced to do that for a month or so it would really motivate them to do well in school but kids eventually do get a good sense to know that school is largely baby sitting so the parents are able to go to work. Sure you learn stuff but the way its taught is so boring, they go over similar stuff way too much each year and what benefit do you even get for good grades, nothing much really.

Boys respond better to male teachers. I remember almost every male teacher in public school I had growing up. But no men want to do it. It pays awful and there's no incentive to do a good job because it's a government job.
