I'm all that and 30 and living with my mom. I don't even play video games during the day because I don't want her to see me doing it. I genuinely lectures open on one monitor so she thinks I'm improving myself, while I post here.

you could try running. doesn't require any brain so dumb is no barrier, wearing a cap is common so that hides balding, and everybody looks ugly after a hard run
