Any other alcoholics want to help each other quit drinking? I need to stop before I either become physically addicted or develop irreparable brain damage. Alcohol is definitely the nastiest and most destructive drug out there if you possess the genetic susceptibility for it.
Addiction swap if you're really that hopeless. It's not complicated. Get some opiates, they're better recreationally and less harmful. Alcohol is the retard's addiction

One thing that's always helped me was drinking cider/beer; it kind of regulates itself because it's not that strong.Also don't take benzos at the same time. I nearly died in hospital from dueal withdrawals and was seizuring the fuck out. Good luck Anon!
