Of course in philosophical text you have to be direct but in a common everyday discussion these translation do suffice. It doesn't have to be perfect.
What I wanted to show is that in English these cool words sounds goofy.

do they? i'm esl, and to me they don't sound goofy. however, everything does sound very silly when translated to my own mother tongue. that's funny, i hadn't thought about how it might apply to native english speakers.
