What has a mass of 5 to 10 times the Earth and unironically genuinely orbits Neptune? I'm gonna devour YOU someday, ackshually
>>
>>83086356
aahhhh this is gonna sound really cringe but i recently started finding out what my health problems are and the first thing i thought once i found out was to update you even though you probably dont care. but most of our past conversations were about health things so it just reminded me of that. but i didnt realize you started using it again so i was trying to figure out a way to actually be able to tell if it was you or not lol
>>
>>83086392
hmm... it's been a long time, and my goldfish memory doesn't help me at all, but i'm more than happy to hear you've been figuring out your health issues, anon
taking care of yourself is important, and that's the first step towards it
remind me, what are some of the symptoms that afflict you again?
>>
Why don't you and Junas talk outside of here?
>>
>>83086435
Why don't we all talk outside of here? Why aren't we all friends? We could start a commune. We could be better than we are. We could strive towards excellence.
>>
>>83086443
Jesus, sorry for suggesting the idea. Didn't know it was heretical
>>
>>83086435
i was a lot more reluctant to talk to anyone outside of the board back then, nowadays i still am but not so much anymore
there was just no contact to be had, lol
if anon wants to talk though, best i can offer is a burner email i've been using
>>
>>83086429
i kept complaining to you about always getting sick with something like everyday and how i couldn't get any help with it because i have no money and cant drive. and still live with my parents and they refused to help me. i finally got diagnosed with scoliosis, migraines, anemia, a vitamin D deficiency and a B-12 deficiency. as well as some numbness problems across my skin but the doctor said that it might go away if i fix my b-12 levels or whatever. the doctor said my vitamin D levels were so low he didn't even understand how I'm able to get up in the morning and actually do stuff. my doctor thinks my weak immune system because of the vitamin deficiencies
>>
>>83086448
I was being completely cereal dawg I want to live on a commune with robots
>>
>>83086466
*but at my last appointment my doctor told me my vitamin D levels were almost back to normal!!
>>
>>83086464
I mean this anon was looking for you for a while apparently, I think you should talk
>>83086475
Lmao oh okay, I thought that was some ironic thing.
>>
>>83086466
oh wait, that does ring a bell, i think i remember now
you're that anon with those asshat parents, jeez... i'm much happier to hear you've been progressing with your health though

>scoliosis, migraines, anemia, a vitamin D deficiency
that's fucking terrible, god. i knew someone who had vitamin D deficiency and it was bad enough, imagine all that...
yeah color me surprised as well, lol

>doctor said that it might go away if i fix my b-12 levels
that honestly sounds pretty serious, are you taking some supplements for it currently?

>>83086478
that's amazing to hear though, i think that's going to contribute a lot to your immune system
lack of vitamins really does a number on that... do your best to get some vitamin supplements along with a healthy diet, that's basic survival there

>>83086508
that's true, but again, it's up to anon
despite it being a burner, i do my best to keep all my emails read and replied there

>>
>>83086531
>you're that anon with those asshat parents, jeez
Yes that is me! \(^-^)/
Things are still going very badly with them but I at least should have my drivers license before the end of the year.
>i'm much happier to hear you've been progressing with your health though
I'm very happy about it too. I am even gonna be going to physical therapy for my pain caused by the scoliosis since the pain medicine they put me on wasn't doing anything for me. And they want to try all other options before trying to put me on stronger ones.
>yeah color me surprised as well, lol
The only one that really surprised me was the b-12 thing. Since, honestly, before finding out I had a deficiency, I didn't even know what b-12 was
>are you taking some supplements for it currently?
Yeah. They're very annoying though. since I have to take it with food but usually I can't find anything to take it with or I just forget and it'll make me sick.
The migraine medicine is even worse desu. It's sumatriptan. The side effects make me feel so horrible that I'm kinda scared of taking it even though it really does make my migraines go away
>vitamin supplements along with a healthy diet, that's basic survival there
Yeah! I'm currently taking vitamins for every one I have a deficiency for. I think I've noticed a change in how often I get sick desu. It still happens but not as frequent
>it's up to anon
I forget email is even a thing sometimes desu
>>
>>83086611

How do you know all of them are fat? Anorexia fembots don't exist?
>>
>>83086607

I'm only going to say semi-based because I agree but in the sense that they should have their own board like CC just like we have /lgbt/ and /pol/ for good reason.

>>83086620

Sorry, anon. I don't keep up with foid e-drama.
>>
>>83086646
>at least should have my drivers license before the end of the year.
that's a major relief actually, thank fuck
hooray for freedom

>physical therapy for my pain caused by the scoliosis
that's fantastic, i'm happy for you, anon
does this therapy fix it or does it just lessen the symptoms? i heard it's only fixable with surgery but i'm not too sure anymore, it's been a while

>I didn't even know what b-12 was
what, really?
i remember i used to read nutritional facts on my chocolate milk boxes and they had some b-12 lol
i was a very curious kid after all, but yeah
off the top of my head i can remember b1, b2, b3, b5, b6, b7, b9, and b12

>or I just forget
take them when you wake up, as part of your daily wake up ritual
you uh, do eat breakfast, don't you? it shouldn't be a problem if you eat a bit later after your meds
or set an alarm everyday to remind you
>The side effects make me feel so horrible
hmm... one's gotta wonder which is worse
but which symptoms are those?

>It still happens but not as frequent
another massive relief there, that's amazing news, anon
i've noticed a major improvement in my mood lately by taking iodine every other day (average intake went to 500-600 mcg), it's wild how some pills can change out lives so much

>>83086658
not all of them are fat, but that one in particular seems to concentrate every other girl's fat in her own body
frankly she's the one who should be using a planet's name, not nep :^)
>>
>>83086790
>hooray for freedom
Yes I'm so excited. Because after that I'll be able to get a job finally
>does this therapy fix it or does it just lessen the symptoms?
Just lessens the pain as far as I know. I don't think it could fix the spine curvature. But they did say it'd help me be able to manage the pain and help me be more mobile without being in pain from it. They said it's not gonna completely fix it and they don't even know if it'll work for me. But I have hope for it.
>what, really?
I don't even recognize any of the others you named. I had to look it up to even know what it was.
>take them when you wake up
That's what I do. I meant I forget to take it with a meal.
And no, I usually don't eat breakfast. Usually no food is in the house, so I can't find anything to take it with and even if I did find something my parents are crazy about me "stealing food"
>but which symptoms are those?
The migraines are definitely worse because they get so bad I can barely function. But omg is the pain from the medicine horrible. It causes really bad body aches, nausea, and causes me to shake. And get overwhelmed very easily. One time after taking the medicine, I tried eating food, just a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and the taste was so overwhelming it actually hurt my mouth and I had to stop eating. Usually after taking it, I just force myself to go to sleep and sleep through it. It only last about an hour, while my migraines can last multiple multiple hours
>iodine
What's that?
>it's wild how some pills can change out lives so much
I feel like even my mood has been getting better too desu.
>>
>>83086914
>I'll be able to get a job finally
good, and hopefully move the fuck out
now if only we lived in the same country, i got plenty of space to spare here, lol

>Just lessens the pain
it's a start, quality of life is not to be taken lightly
really exciting times to be alive, eh?

>I had to look it up to even know what it was.
kek it's ok, i don't know them either
i just know they exist

>my parents are crazy about me "stealing food"
are you sure these pricks are even your parents? are you adopted by any chance?
that sounds outright abusive... buy some salted crackers and hide them in your room when you can, i usually take mine and eat some of those along with hot cocoa from the coffee machine at work

>Usually after taking it, I just force myself to go to sleep
that sounds... really fucking terrible. i'm sorry anon.
talk to your doctors about it, the side effects are overwhelming, there may be better fits for you out there

>What's that?
iodine is used by the thyroid, and that one regulates hormones
low iodine may cause a bunch of nasty symptoms, including depression
>I feel like even my mood has been getting better too desu.
i'm so happy to hear this, it sure is uplifting when your problems start working themselves out
keep it up anon, you're on the right track there
>>
>>83087064
>i got plenty of space to spare here, lol
Lol based on conversations in the past, I'm pretty sure we live in different countries I think.
>really exciting times to be alive, eh?
TwT
Yeah, very exciting.
I've been through physical therapy before, but for a foot injury. And it really did help. So I'm actually looking forward to it desu. My physical therapist then was very smart and good at his job, so I relearned how to walk very quickly and how to manage the pain from the injury. That is kind of what I'm hoping my new one will be like as well.
>i just know they exist
That's at least better than me desu. TwT
>are you adopted by any chance?
Lol, I'm quite sure they're my parents. My grandma is the only one that keeps actual food at her house and actual snacks for me to take my medicine with. Sadly I only see her every other weekend when I go and visit her.
It's a little funny actually, but recently my doctor was concerned about how Everytime I go back to see him, I've lost weight. And they told him it's because I'm purposely not eating. But it's actually caused by them and how eating causes me to feel sick. I'm also on two stomach medicines now. They actually work very well
>buy some salted crackers
I think I'm just gonna save up some of mine from my grandma's and just keep them in my bag of belongings.
>hot cocoa
I love hot cocoa but it's so difficult for me to make it without ruining it. Idk i add milk into it and i always burn it i think
>there may be better fits for you out there
I go back in December! So I'll tell her then. But thankfully the headache medicine i take every night has been working well
>it sure is uplifting when your problems start working themselves out
My neurologist also thinks my migraines may lessen as I get less stressed out! I look forward to that
>keep it up anon, you're on the right track there
c:
>>
>>83087064
Ahh forgot to respond to this part
>iodine is used by the thyroid, and that one regulates hormones. low iodine may cause a bunch of nasty symptoms, including depression
I'm happy it's working well for you Junas! Were you told by a doctor that yours was low or did you just assume?
>>
>>83087211
>I'm pretty sure we live in different countries I think.
yeah, that's what i meant, if only that wasn't the case, lol

>That is kind of what I'm hoping my new one will be like as well.
yeah, we'll just have to see i suppose, but i do hope he does a good job

>at least better than me
well now you know more than i do, so good job, lol

>I'm quite sure they're my parents.
and they deserve a harsh, bone-crunching beating with a power transmission cable.
faggots.
>I'm just gonna save up some of mine from my grandma's
works too, keep it well hidden from them so they don't think you stole it

>Idk i add milk into it and i always burn it i think
chocolate milk works too, stick to that one
i actually prefer that to hot cocoa but the coffee machine only has that

>I'll tell her then.
good, because those are just short term things, we haven't seen the long term side effects yet
better to seek something better, even if that one works now
>migraines may lessen as I get less stressed out!
true, stress definitely plays a factor
you got this, anon

>>83087227
i took a guess, but it was made quite clear after i came back home one night almost suicidal and popped a pill
by the time it was midnight i was all better without having done anything but browse here
iodine is my super soldier pill

anyway i have to sleep now, thank you for talking to me today
and sorry for hijacking your thread, OP
hope you have a nice time with your harem, as "nice" as that could be...

as for you fren, take care
be seeing you
>>
>>83087303
>yeah, that's what i meant, if only that wasn't the case, lol
Oh sorry. TwT
>but i do hope he does a good job
I'll be able to tell soon when I go to my first appointment
>so good job, lol
TwT
>keep it well hidden from them so they don't think you stole it
Yeah I keep my important belongings in a duffel bag that I keep on my bed. I'll leave it in there
>chocolate milk
Yummy. I love chocolate syrup desu. It's very good. So is chocolate milk
>we haven't seen the long term side effects yet
Hopefully there isn't any. It's not a medicine I've taken that often. They only give me 10 at a time.
>stress definitely plays a factor
Mhm she also told me that she wanted me to pick up a new hobby, so I started writing more!
>iodine is my super soldier pill
Hopefully it continues to work for you!
>anyway i have to sleep now, thank you for talking to me today
