From 2017-2019 I took about two years away from the internet, video games, and all other forms of junkfood entertainment to see how badly it was holding me back in life. I stuck to it, but nothing changed. There was no moment where I became more intuitive, more creative, less neurotic, etc. I was just bored out of my mind more often. It was a sobering experience realizing it isn't technology's fault that I'm a dumbass incel robot.
