Make sure not to waste the 2k stimmy that's coming in 2 weeks
I might use some of it to fuck a black whore. Just to get that out of my system, you know
>>83089513Im going to use it for hospital bills, legitimately thank you trump I needed this shit
>>83089513how confirmed is this? can i get a government website link or somethingi need to know if i need to file taxes (as a NEET) to get it
>>83089537>>83089562Oh, it's definitely coming. No more than 2 weeks.
>>83089513Considering inflation that's like what 200 dollars from a hundred or so years ago? Maybe pay down the national debt that printing pennies make sense?
>>83089537>he pays his hospital billslmao 2000 dollars down the toilet into a system that is determined to keep you sick
>>83089686basement dwelling redditor response
>>83089513Trump probably tweeted that on the shitter, I'd be really surprised if he actually pays everyone 2k.
>>83089513This guy is so economically illiterate it's insane
>>83089685$200 in gold coins from 1933, the year fdr robbed everyone in the entire country og all of their gold would be $41,600 today.$200 in gold in 1971, the year Nixon officially destroyed the gold standard and went to complete fiat would be $18,500 in todays money.
>>83089725Why are you making shit up? I mean the figure seems exaggerated either way but you don't have to throw numbers out of your ass
>>83089688hmmmm but where is the lie
>>83089686Im part of the slave class anon theres no escape
>>83089725Why do 100% of remotely successful countries use fiat currency?
>>83089758Google it, that is factual and why lolberts scream about keynesian fiat currency all the time. Inflation is a tax. In a healthy economy with real money prices go down over time.
>>83089773Because they have militaries to enforce it and keynesianism benefits the state at the expense of the individual.
>>83089794So even though no economist agrees with you, it's still pointless to cry about even if you were right somehow
>>83089513are burgers awake at this time?
for more vidya got itjust don't waste it on college
>>83089773So they don't go bankrupt
>>83089807Things are going super great you're right. You should tell that to people as all assets artifically increase in value. The proles will love to hear it as they no longer can afford anything. There will be a currency reset within the next 50 years to a central bank digital currency. Everybody has already abandoned buying dollar bonds.
>>83089773Credit, they make shit up and have an unlimited credit line to buy up assets and offwrite taxes while they do it. Fractional reserve banking is owned by an independent non congressional/senate oversight which it was intended to be here but conflates their name with it. They give a stipend to their stooges. >>83089781Nobody is arguing inflation is a tax, wildly exagerating if you invested it this way instead of I found a million dollars yes, a couple of them cost more than that to collectors if they're in good condition. If you just had an account at no % growth at a dollar in a bank, I mean their minimuim is 2thousand but let's just pretend you went to a bank 100 years ago no investments or percentages, you're dollar couldn't buy 20 dollars. Assuming it was mint condition and you had it in a storage box you could maybe sell it to someone that is so extravigantly wealthy they'd have it framed and put in a on a wall to show off to people as a joke. 20 or so dollars would be equal to that one now a days, if not more. Not like 20 fucking thousand.
>>83089513Spending 2k on gambling would be more reasonable than trying to start a business just like every other unemployed coping faggot.
>>83089827>I found a million dollars yes, a couple of them cost more than that to collectors if they're in good conditionI ran the calculation by weight to avoid this.
>>83089513l'II do whatever l want
>>83089825I was just making sure you're a no-solutions schizophrenic so I could safely hide your sperging out in half of all threads forever
>>83089513>start that hustle BRO>you too can flog soap/deodorant/supplements on your youtube channel BRO>don't forget to like and subscribe BRO
>>83089842How am I as an individual supposed to defeat the us government and federal reserve? What is my solution supposed to be? Vote for rent control and more socialism?
>>83089833yet you couldn't sell your pennies to a scrap yard for more than they're worth, and they don't print pennies anymore. The inflation isn't offset, just print more of it when it's convenient and say it comes out of the budget here and print more and spend moreI bet you think you're a conservative. What are you conservative about? Fags in your church? There has been maybe a handful of fiscal conservatives in the last 30 years in this country and none of them come from my state
>>83089880You could trade dollars for gold back then anon. $1 was tradable for 1.5g of gold. If you traded $200 in paper dollars, that's 300g of gold. 300g of gold is worth $39,730.00 today.
>>83089914That's not how fiat currency works, even before the gold standard got switched off they used other alloys. Silver/copper. Nobody in their right mind wants to go back to a gold standard. You want your shit chipped up and covered in nitric acid every time you try to bargain with it? The shit gets chiseled even without people chiseling just to authenticate it. Also gold is at a different rate for different reasons, it'd be worth more if it wasn't useful for industrial purposes. It's like saying you need a fucking silver bullet for a werewolf, werewolfs don't exists and if they did people would figure out how to silver wash a hollowpoint like copper and you'd have more hunters than you can count sitting around watching a flower that only blooms during a full moon.
>>83089880>>83089950It's funny how disingenuous you are.
>>83089959>fiat currency might be good>Anon proceeds to foam at the mouth Lmao he should be institutionalized
>>83089959I'm not saying fiat currency shouldn't be pegged to a resource value, it's just the way you're trying to value it is wildly inflated beyond measure.
>>83089971I mean this guy is the nancy pelosi of stock trading to expect that kind of return on investment
>>83089950I don't think you're getting it. The paper dollars made from cotton paper were tradable for 1.5g of gold. Essentially they were a bearer bond for a weight of gold. You carried the paper do avoide coin clipping or sweating and then if you wanted you could turn in the cotton paper in excange for gold. If you took $200 one dollar notes and excanged it for gold at the agreed upon rate you would get 300g of gold. 300g of gold is worth ~$40k today. Tying money to a fixed value of an asset prevents it from losing value. Let me put it in a way you might understand. If nintendo printed 4 million charizards then the charizard card would go down in value. But if they did so while agreeing to trade the charizard for 1.5g of gold then they would have a major problem with printing another 4 million charizards. This is what they did to the dollar. They printed, right, they printed more charizards than what they could pay, right. So then they just said fuck you and then kept printing more charizards and let the value go to nothing. That is where we are now.
>>83089996I'm obviously not the anon you were originally conversing with. It's just funny how disingenuous you're being and how much that other poster ignores it to discuss the topic at hand. You're trying very hard to steer the conversation towards werewolves and gay conservatives KEK.As a third party impartial observer you are being bodied, freak.
>>83089513If I could ever get 2k USD, I'd travel to reunite with my wife, buy a new, fresh condo and buy a Mercedes.
>>83090037I'd buy me a breeding pair of slaves and a plantation myself.
>>83090006gold is worth that much for reasons other than monetary value. Okay I don't think you get it either. So let's say you like fidget spinners. It costs let's say a quarter that's not entirely made up of silver and has other elements in it. However if silver was the standard you were selling your dollar for some retard would start making entirely 99.99999999999% silver fidget spinners and the price would get inflated to accomedate that. Then you'd think it's a big deal some ceo board sits around talking about the next way to make fidget spinners popular so they get a return on the investment and drive up the prices before they cash out. I mean if that's hard for you to understand think of Dave from wendies trying to sling burgers. He made some damn fine burgers and hired people and encouraged them to get GED's or do better. You're like dave died now the ceo is going to lay off thousands of people to use AI to take peoples orders at wendies and it doesn't work but you sold off your stock and you're like well I bought KFC and the stupid AI thing asks you at the start so I bought stocks in it, but if wendies did that it'd be worth more than KFC stocks by now.
>>83090044Could you really get that for 2k? Where?
>>83090046You're right. The dollar has depreciated in relation to gold 100% because of computer parts. It has no relation to the number of dollars in circulation at all whatsoever. In fact why don't we just print more dollars and just give it all away for free, everybody gets 5 billion dollars. That way everybody is rich.
>>83090048Brother a good slave is only $300 in 1800. And the land aint too pricey either ifin I built it to the west, in fact it's free near the cumberland gap
>>83089773cuz they'll get color revolutioned and bombed if they don't
>>83090066Why would you waste dubs making up a straw man argument? I agreed with you about 80% maybe a bit more like 95% on this. You one of those weirdoes hoarding gold coins?
>>83090100You're denying the inflation rate relative to gold by saying le one atom thin gold plating is le HUGE part of it. Your arguement is completely fucking retarded. Inflation is a function of fiat, it's not a bug. And they do it to bail out poor investments and debt for the rich and the state at the expense of normal wage earners who rely on liquid capital not assets.
>>83090079Okay, troll. Gotcha.
>>83089537It's not money he prints out of nowhere, it's an advance on your tax returns. Just like last time, you (the tax slave) still have to pay it back.
>>83090127So you do buy those things? You know the only other place that is going to buy them is a pawn shop and they gotta turn a profit. I mean alright pretend you had a djinn or jenie and you wasted 2 wishes, you got one left. You wish for a pound of solid gold brick. The only place you can reasonable trade it is a pawn shop and it's never going to trade for market value. You're out of your fucking mind. Stock market value unless you're buying dozens of bars at thousands of pounds at a time. It is a fucking paper weight to everyone else and the metric value of it's weight means nothing to fiat. You'd be lucky to find someone that owns enough pennies to trade for it let alone anything valuable someone might take pity on you like food or water that they'd do out of the kindness of their heart rather than actual monetary value.
>>83090163I'm convinced you are just trying to be retarded at this point.
>>83090181You could melt a down as many solid gold bars as it takes to make a casted solid gold soccer ball. The worth it has is the novelty of how many people break their fucking foot at it in a pub, you'd maybe get free drinks there for a while it's only worth is it's funny people don't believe it's solid gold and break their foot doing it and everyone does a pint every time it happens. It's only worth something in industrial quantities and that inflates the value beyond reason if it were just a coin because it's unrealistic to mint that many coins.
>>83089562It gets released right after the Epstein files.
