i moved back in with my mom and her new cat fucking hates me so i found it funny to mess with him. I didn't really hurt him or anything but he really didn't like it and today he ran away and we can't find him and my mom is so sad and i feel so horrible

I got my mother in laws cat tamed too when she would hiss and scratch me by just exposure therepy bothering her, not putting out anxious energy. She became a normal cat after the month she spent with us but then when we gave her back to my mother in law she became anxious again because my mother in law is a neurotic spinster.

I cleaned up, bagged up the cat and cleaned the walls where they meet at the corner, one of those fake wood plank floors which was easy to also sanitize.
