Why do men idolize serial killers?
because i wish i was based like them
because they're people who have a lot of spotlight on them, i.e. introverts who don't socialize can feel a "connection" to them because they know a lot about them, similar to the knowledge a normie might have about their friends, and they identify with common human characteristics they exhibit (and which they do not have opportunities to connect with irl due to autism, insecurity, schizoid tendencies, shyness, etc.)
