Just looked online in a brief burst of motivation and I would have to eat fucking only 1200 calories to get normal speed weight loss? Even slow is only 1500, How do they do it? I started drinking hard and now I weigh more than any other period of my life. I've been drinking so much I'm no longer hungry and only eat one small meal a day, but I'm easily consuming over 2,000 calories from the liquor alone.
eat less and exercise. i did that in 2014, 15. i was 150 from eating cookies and not moving around.

You eat high calorie modern food and it's junk that makes you fat easily and quickly. If you eat whole healthy foods 1200 calories a day is plenty. Also seed oils and butter any fat adds a ton of calories which most of your food is probably drenched in. Also your food is probably loaded with sugar adding a ton more calories. Your diet sucks.
