>>83095784I always feel better than usual for the rest of the day after eating raw liver. The process of eating (previously frozen) liver has never been enjoyable for me. At their best, these are only tolerable. I consider it a worthy tradeoff for how it makes me feel afterwards, but I don't eat them as often as I did in the beginning. I don't think I need to either. Now I eat 1 pound per week, which is also far more affordable for me. For that reason I'll be stocking up on a lot of liver to last me a long time. I'll probably start eating beef hearts frequently since those actually taste good. I want to try more new raw foods too
