I don't mean this in some incest shit way, but she's easily the most beautiful girl I've ever seen and guys have almost never approached or talked to her because of it until she stopped taking care of herself due to depression. So basically just stop taking care of yourself and look like complete shit and you'll get plenty of guys.
That is legitimately a tough question. I'm trying to think of ways that would actually enable me to be able to talk to a 10/10 and it's not easy. I guess part of it would be to try your best to not have RBF. You have to actually look friendly and not annoyed by everyone's presence or be likely to sue me for harassment for daring to talk to you. Customer service levels of friendly; always smile when your eyes meet with someone. And then another would probably be how you dress. Be jeans and tshirt level of plain; yoga pants, tennis skirts, or general athletic casual wear scream a level of normie I want nothing to do with.
