I had sporadic tinnitus, but taking prozac for a 2 months gave me permanent tinnitus as a side effect, and it never went. I was on it for muh mental elf, and out of the many tablets I've been on, that actually made me feel better mentally, but I had to stop due to the side effects. Got to love irony.

Try to push your tongue into the softest parts of the inside of your mouth to find where your palate is underdeveloped and "drain" it, massage your face and sinuses as well.
