Try copying artworks you like by eye and compare them with what you've drawn, and make adjustments until you draw something that looks pretty and it motivated me cuz it was the first time I made something that wasn't awful. (I think it is important to copy by eye)

Like the shades of blue getting darker towards the bottom, and the god rays. Some bubbles would have driven it home. As for the pose, I think it displays a good forward motion. Doing something other than just a character standing is very hard, so the fact you took an effort to make the pose dynamic is not lost on me.Only thing I would suggest is to draw the bit of nose they have and maybe move the mouth outside of the mask frame, but you don't need to fix it, it's just some feedback.
