Unfortunately, the government is corrupt and the economy is shit.
Anyone who can/is smart enough to, leaves the country as soon as they can for education/jobs elsewhere (this includes me as well, regrettably), and you're only left with the unfortunate doomers and idiotic droolers.
However, despite everything, change is always possible if our government (whichever side I don't really care) simply doesn't start importing gorrilions of thirld-worlders like so many western countries did.
We already have a gypsy problem. I'd hope that wasn't one lesson too many for us to learn.
Our nature, women and food are great though, in my opinion.

It's kind of comparable to Uruguay in a way. Less historically significant than its neighbor. That's really my only thoughts about it as a foreigner. I'm sure most of the people there are fine though.
