Honestly the only problem I got working with women, is that they are weak. They struggle to lift everyday items at the factory.

>>83103213I'm way above the average female in strength. I'm not small, quite the opposite. But its still not enough to be effective. The thing is is that my workplace has a physical labour aspect, and a customer service aspect. I excel in the latter, not the former. I usually talk to the customers and do the people pleasing stuff, as i am not very good at doing the heavy duty things. I also drive a forklift, so I can do quite the bit of work on my own. But there are many times I just need help.
