If you actually got banned just for asking a question or for no reason at all, go to the IRC and talk to a moderator directly. There's many different mods there and you can pick who you want. I have done it in the past and I got unbanned. But something tells me you won't do this because you actually are the evading spammer or even worse CP poster so you know they won't unban you.
