that's definitely not your product but it's not unusual for water to be in a DMSO spectrum, as long as it's not covering other peaks it should be fine.

Throw some molecular sieves with appropriate pore size in the bottle, shake it, leave it overnight, filter under vacuum.
It should be quite simple to get rid of the water.
