So there's no bad guy anymore to whip guys into shape. This has been a massive culture shift. The second thing is that the offense seems a lot more predictable. You can almost always tell when Andy himself intervenes and starts calling plays vs when it's Nagy calling obligatory runs/screens that everyone sees coming.
