Just curious if this is even a grassdive thing...Did you ever come out as against your dad's team?

One of my friends is a Bayern fan while his dad is a >Schalke fan. The dad was born in the Ruhrgebiet, so it makes sense for him. My friend spent his childhood in southern Bavaria, so it made sense for him as well
It’s rare otherwise, but I think the destruction of national leagues’ balance and the internet suck-off for individual players have made it increasingly common in recent years for people to switch clubs even against family traditions. Supporting direct rivals instead of just different clubs is especially cruel, though

My dad's a Raiders fan
My brother's a 49ers fan
I'm a Panthers fan
We're from the New York area

Can't wrap my head around it, you inherit your dad's team like a surname
>>

your dad's a boomer, your brother's a faggot and you're a cuck. also, you're all from a dystopian shit hole.
>>

Well actually my dad was born in upstate NY, my brother was born in Florida and I was born in Connecticut
>>
>>144580793
I'm a Yankees-Giants-Knicks fan, grew up in Manhattan but now live in the Chicago south suburbs. I've got very little hope for the MLB postseason, but being around Cubs and White Sox fans all the time certainly helps to keep me grounded.

My dad didn't give a shit about sports

>>144579924
I was at Whole Foods today and I saw this 6'5" dude with shoulders as broad as the grand canyon stomping around wearing a dress, trannies are just bizarre.
>>
>>144581333
Outside of football I'm a rags-mets-knicks fan
Sports are torture

My dad doesn't like sports as much as I do. I don't think he knows any rivalries outside of something like yankees redsox
>>
i would rather my son tell me he is gay
at least that is (arguably) out of my control
him not supporting my teams means i failed to raise him properly
