I recently started counting my calories. Horrifying discoveries. Just ate a cherry bakewell. That's 200 calories. You get 6 in a box. On multiple occasions I would have had 6 in one day. Was supposed to do 3x40min sweetspot but just couldn't even get the third set properly started.
