I was on the assault bike in the gym earlier. First time using it. GREAT. Definitely getting added to the training rotation. It has a power meter but you can't change resistance. Higher cadence = more power simple as that. But 60 rpm is like 240W already so there's no such thing as going easy. Hence why it's GREAT
