At least six hours weekly for steady gains, ten at least ideal.

Good plan is two days a week of easier rides during week, one hard interval session during week, one BIG ride on the weekend. Add volume as you get stronger

Breaded chicken cutlet, provolone, marinated eggplant, hot peppers, coleslaw, mayonnaise. Doesn't look as good and full as the coldcut, but man it was a delight.

That's basically what they are going for, but with a goomba American-Italian aesthetic, basically the whole independently owned American Deli vibe. There's no real blue collar boomers going to that place though, it's all software engineers and various yuppies. It's kinda expensive for a sandwich but considering how much they pack them with quality ingredients, I'd say the price is about right. about $16CAD for the cutlet, $17CAD for the coldcut.

>In 2025 though, a very climber friendly course in Rwanda is set to decide the Rainbow Jersey. As such, there is growing hope that Vingegaard could don the red of the Danes in Africa and lead his nation in their World Championship challenge. However, one of the regulars of the Danish national team, Magnus Cort Nielsen, isn't quite so sure of Vingegaard's participation.

>"It's always more fun the better the team you put together, and it's a shame to be without perhaps your best card," admits the Uno-X Mobility rider of Vingegaard's absence for Denmark over recent seasons, in conversation with Ekstra Bladet. "Of course it's different for him to race one-day races. He focuses a lot on the classification, but I'm sure he'll be able to do well."

I have my own seeds but it grows wildly anyway, the first time I took them from the wild in the countryside.
I find it's too much of an hassle to remove the seeds from the pods though so I just started buying them but you gotta find good ones, I bought them off amazon once and they tasted really badly
As for how, I just follow a random simple recipe I found online which involves soaking the seeds in apple vinegar then blending with sugar, salt, oil and water
Very easy really

That also implies Europe doesn't step up at all. Because every single Euro spent in arming Ukraine is money and men directly away from Russia. Proxy wars are always good for the one using a proxy to fight in their behalf. And if you look at the numbers that have been reported Russia has spent massive amounts of manpower and resources and gained very little in the last year trying to make a push. All while their economy is more and more in the shitter. Constant rate hikes, going back to trading in goods, needing Best Korea to help them. The writing is on the wall, they're in an awful place right now.
>>
>>145598890
>they're in an awful place right now
So are we. Germany will have negative growth for the second year in a row and France deficit is so bad macron decided to nuke the parliament instead of having to deal with it. I know you guys share a border with russia but I can tell you public here doesn't care about ukraine at all and people don't want to send money we don't have.

So fucking what? Economy is cyclical anyway and the biggest mistake you can do is trying to desperately stay in the green year after year. Also, if Europe just gives Ukraine to Russia it's a clear sign to Russia, China, and whatever other potential bullies that if you've got the strength and the funds to do it you are allowed to go to war and take the clay you believe is rightfully yours. Any solution outside of restoring Ukrainian borders is a direct invitation to war in Europe within the next 10 - 20 years.

All this cycling posts, go back to /sp/.

The point is that not every Euro is being used to fight Russia, a LOT of it is defrauded and I can almost bet my left ball a lot of it is funneled back to the donors' political organizations via schemes similar to via Burisma.
The point is we are literally vaxxxing Russia for Western technology and doctrine. There is just enough of technika to blow up a few poor bastards from Buryatia and Tuva and an ammo depot but not enough to make a strategic differnce. Far more than enough though to enable Ruskies to develop effective countermeasures and approach to everything, from squad hardware and tactics through strengths and weaknesses of any piece of NATO hardware made for the last 50 years to long range recon, strikes and operational level doctrine.

Plus if anything, Ukraine, Belarus and Caucasus are Russia's immediate backyard. You just cannot install your color revolution puppet government and expect everyone will pretend this is our democracy in work, especially not Russia accepting encroachment of their core lands with this crude Radio Free Europe tier propaganda.

I was on a big ride yesterday and went out last night so I woke up sore so I just stretched and did the core exercises today. Bit cold out really, this autumn I'm feeling the cold air more than I used to do. I never turn the heat on usually and sleep with my window open until the dead of winter in jan-february but I already have the heater on at full blast this year. Another sign of aging and decay

Sadly, the coverage of this race does not live up to the great standards set by our friends from Duro al Pedal at la Vuelta Internacional a Guatemala. Pic related was the only shot of the finish. Apparently, el Niño beat Byron Guamá, just a young lad of 39 years of age, in a photo finish.

I'd say it does something but I don't think it is worth it. I also do not supplement it conscientiously so rather I will take it with a protein shake when I feel like having a protein shake so 4-5 days a week but not like my life depends on it.
Sleep and gut health is far more recommended, I am having at least 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep, pushing to 6 hours which seem like my sweetspot, after cutting booze, having gut bacteria pills, magnesium, some antioxidants and liver health pills. And that kimchi lately.
I feel far more energetic and I regenerate more easily during the day, I still do lay down for a 10 minutes of closed eyes but these are not even power naps, just winding down for a moment.

It counts as much as my +50k rides count when I needed to get off the bike.
That 5km is ridiculous, I remember running these distances in high school but I don't remember times at all, only top tenning and even fiving as a year younger than the rest.
Now I am questioning if my 1km was 2:48 because if this rocket fart Paddy is 2:43 then maybe I was 2:58 at 15-16 years old.

Anyways, need just a bit dryer roads that are not covered in leaves to give my bibs a go. Yes we shoah Canadians here.

I didn't read about American tourists getting lost in the Swiss alps. I assume they were deported back to burgermerica and didn't visit the UCI hq.
