It's completely ridiculous to suggest that males who underwent full, natal male puberty and have different bone structure should compete with cis women, just because they've been on reverse steroids for 5 or however many years. For male athletes, getting on feminizing HRT is similar to what happens when a guy who was taking lots of gear goes natty all of a sudden (or just goes down to TRT). You lose a ton of muscle mass and overall athleticism, but you can still keep a significant amount of what you gained by continuing to train hard (fighters like Alistair Overeem for example, and others who transitioned into the UFC's USADA era, or former bodybuilders who still run the firness grift like Greg Doucette). That's not even accounting for stuff like skill development differences from learning your sport as a male competitor. 100% agree with the IOC here.Let troons compete with each other if we want to do sports, it's really not a big deal. As for the female leagues, I support highly invasive genetic/medical testing to identify all chromosomally or hormonally abnormal female competitors.
