I cannot think or comprehend of anything more cucked than being a tradie. Honestly, think about it rationally. You are paving, building, painting and chiselling a property for at least 18 months solely so it can go and get used by a recent uni graduate owner. All the hard work you put into your project - laying down the concrete slab, putting in the pipes, laying the gyprock, doing the landscaping, installing the electrical system. All of it has one simple result: the home is more enjoyable for the uni graduates that will eventually dump it for a healthy profit and move into a bigger home.

Built the perfect wall? Great. Who benefits? If you're lucky, a random chinese investor who had nothing to do with the way it was built, who flips it. He gets to screw the tradie trying to enter the property market every single day. He gets the benefits of the workmanship and craft that came from the way you built it.
