Sure, there's a lot of PUA, but some anons may be into it. There's also sports related courses (AthleanX /Calisthenics). Depends on what you're into. My point was check it out and take what you deem interesting. The "books" and "unorganized" foders contain lot of duplicate items tho

I stopped biting my nails by not being able to bite. I used a dental aligner, maybe you can use a transparent mouth guard, or something like that, after a month or so the habit went away. If you are wondering, the liquids that taste bad don't work, they'll keep you from biting your nails, but the taste is going to transfer to any food that you grab with your hand (sandwiches, cookies, etc.).

Yeah I tried using the nail polish. I ended up biting through it. I've considered wearing gloves. If I don't see the nails I don't get that itch of "correcting" them. I think the real answer probably lies in mental health. It's not just a bad habit, when I was in this really good place I didn't do it the entire time over there and begun almost immediatly once I came back home.

psychotherapist here, to break a habit (that most likely comes form anxiety or compulsions), youll need to use a 3 way little system:
-Why do you think you do it?
-At what times/situations do you do it/ do it more?
-How do you do it?, (do you take little bites, tear the nail or do you just bite one specifically)
after that you can take the necesary actions with a little more information.
you can also use the old Mexican trick of putting habanero on the nail (not the fingers, the nail), but if you think its a big problem, seek help
