Heading up for my LGS' Commander Night, gonna debut Xyris and play Sidar some. Coram and Urza get to take a break and I'll see about a new Grixis/Dimir, Rakdos, and maybe Orzhov commander. Grabbing a copy of Burgeoning, but I'm unsure which deck I'll wanna put it in, a copy of Kreat for Xyris, and a play booster box for Foundations to see if I get anything neat. I really want to build Marchesa as I am sick of boardwipes slowing down all my decks. Any advice if it would be better to add all the modular artifact creatures for +1/+1s, of which there are like 16 creatures, or focus harder on etb/death triggers/aristocrat things. I don't wanna sound assmad but I'm building around my friends' decks and I keep running into the same issue of bullshit "technically..." that completely circumvents common sense of keywords like hexproof, shroud and indestructibleif a creature has hexproof and someone casts a spell that says "all creatures", hexproof doesn't do anything because well akchually it doesn't target each creature individually, it simply says "all creatures"and like, from a common sense perspective in my brain, if it's a spell that affects all creatures, its target is "ALL CREATURES", therefore all creatures are a target"indestructible" should mean what "regenerate" used to mean, the fact that there are two bullshit keywords and only one of them actually does what it says on the tin is insane to meacting around something "indestructible" should make you go for exile effects or ways to disable it in some way, but cheap -X/-X spells circumvent it and destroy it anywaysmaybe I'm way too autistic but the fact that these two keywords don't do what it says on the tin drives me up the fucking wallalso shroud is a stupid mechanic for disallowing you to target your own creatures, hexproof should be the only keyword of this effect
