What RPGs have the most detailed, granular, and numerous amount of mind control mechanics and spells? How you manage them in your system?

World of Darkness likes to include those (Mind sphere for Mages, Dominate discipline for Vampires) but rules usually aren't very detailed.

If you reduce their social health to zero, or if they consent before that point, you can force suggestions or edicts upon them. Party used it to enslave/domesticate a spirit at one point.

It keeps me honest.
