No. If I remember this comic correctly, "his mine" belonged to his ancestor, who was long dead at this point and the mine abandoned. He hasn't taken control of the mine as he killed the elf, neither did he claim it rightfully and legally as his own before he killed him.The mine was getting (due to being abandoned) infested by skaven, which cause the surrounded land to become despoiled and corrupted, so the elves took matter in their own hands. You can't just sit there for decades letting everything rot, because actually the mine would belong to some dwarf somewhere else that hasn't bothered to show up.By the way, the elves even thanked him for fighting the skave and were generally very chill.It's supposed to be a funny little comic, but dwarf-fags of course can't get the joke.
